How the partner portal works
Everything you need to handle BioWeaver orders. If anything is unclear, email Laura. laura@thebioweavermethod.com
Where orders come from
When a customer pays for one of your products on thebioweavermethod.com, BioWeaver sends your part of the order to this portal. You also get an email with the order number and your personal link.
The start page sorts your orders by what needs doing: Cancellation requests (if there are any), New orders, In production, and Shipped (last 90 days). The oldest orders come first.
You see what you need for the delivery: the address and phone number, the items with their options and article numbers, and any note from the customer. You don’t see prices or payment details.
Confirm an order
Open a new order, check the items and the address, choose the planned dispatch date and press “Confirm order”.
Laura uses the date to keep the customer informed. If it changes, update it on the order (“Planned dispatch” → “Change the date”) with a short reason — BioWeaver sees the change straight away.
An order whose planned date has passed without it being shipped is marked as overdue, in red.
Ship an order
When the order leaves your workshop, open it and fill in “Mark as shipped”:
- Choose the carrier: DHL, DHL Express, DPD, GLS, Hermes or UPS. For a freight forwarder or another carrier, also enter its name and, if there is one, the tracking link.
- Enter the tracking number. Several parcels? One number per line.
- Tick the box and press “Mark as shipped”. Shopify emails the customer the tracking details at once — so please check the number first.
Shipping only part of the order — say the pillows now and the bed later? Open “Not everything in this shipment?” and enter the quantities in this parcel. The rest stays open for later.
Already packed when the order arrives? You can mark it as shipped straight away; it then counts as confirmed too.
Delivery note
Every order has a printable delivery note in English, with BioWeaver’s logo, the delivery address and the items — no prices. Open it from the order, print it on A4 and put it in the parcel.
The customer gets their invoice from BioWeaver, so no invoice or price list is needed in the parcel.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels, BioWeaver sends you a cancellation request. It appears at the top of the start page, in red.
If nothing has been made or shipped yet, press “Confirm cancellation”. If it’s too late, choose “Cannot cancel” and tell us why — Laura then sorts it out with the customer.
Problems and questions
Something unclear, a delay, a damaged part, an address that looks wrong? Use “Report a problem or delay” on the order. Laura sees your message on the order in Shopify.
If you can’t make or deliver an order at all, use “Cannot fulfil this order” (on new orders only). The order then goes back to BioWeaver.
For anything urgent, please email Laura as well.
Practice area
Laura can give you a link to a practice area with example orders. Try everything there first, at your own pace — nothing you do there reaches a real customer.
Your sign-in link
Your link is personal — please don’t forward it. Anyone else who needs access gets their own link from Laura.
Opening the link signs you in on that device for 90 days. On a shared computer, please sign out when you’re done (top right).
Lost your link, or think someone else has it? Tell Laura: you get a new link and the old one stops working.
Customer data
Addresses and phone numbers in this portal are for delivering the order only. Please don’t use them for anything else, or keep them longer than you need them for the delivery and any warranty claim.
Language
Switch between English and German with EN | DE at the top of the page. The portal remembers your choice.
